Customers must apply for a refund within 3 hours of receiving the delivery. -
Conditions for Refund:
- Refunds will be provided only for damaged products.
- The product must have its original seal intact. Refund requests for products with broken or opened seals will not be accepted.
Steps to Apply for a Refund:

Provide Necessary Details:
Include the following in your email:- Clear photos of the damaged product showing the issue.
- A photo of the invoice received with the delivery.

Once we receive your email and the necessary documents, our team will review and verify your claim.
Refund Process:
- If the claim is approved, we will process your refund within 7 working days from the date of verification.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Important Notes:
- Requests made after the 3-hour time window or incomplete submissions (missing photos or details) will not be processed.
- Refunds are not applicable for reasons other than product damage during transit.
