    Customers must apply for a refund within 3 hours of receiving the delivery.

  2. Conditions for Refund:

    • Refunds will be provided only for damaged products.
    • The product must have its original seal intact. Refund requests for products with broken or opened seals will not be accepted.

Steps to Apply for a Refund:

    Customers must send an email to info@reniorganics.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Order ID]”.

  2. Provide Necessary Details:
    Include the following in your email:

    • Clear photos of the damaged product showing the issue.
    • A photo of the invoice received with the delivery.
  3. Verification Process:
    Once we receive your email and the necessary documents, our team will review and verify your claim.

Refund Process:

  • If the claim is approved, we will process your refund within 7 working days from the date of verification.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Important Notes:

  • Requests made after the 3-hour time window or incomplete submissions (missing photos or details) will not be processed.
  • Refunds are not applicable for reasons other than product damage during transit.
